I love that change is an essential part of your reflection. I also like want and need, I feel that both these words speak to the intentional nature of teaching.
I really think it's so awesome that you and Laura's wordles both have "change" as the biggest theme. It really is what the education system needs. After KSI we are all now part of the process of change. Make it contagious! Drink that juice!! :)
